Basic Requirements

3+ years of professional childcare experience

CPR and First Aid certified (can complete later)

A resume illustrating childcare experience

Agency Interview
Through a video call, we will get to know you and exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll also fill you in on the values and mission of Rooted Nannies.
Ongoing Support
After your placement, we'll continue to check-in to make sure things are going well and offer any resources you may need.
Background Screening
Following our interview, we’ll run an extensive background check (including driving record), so our families can have the utmost peace of mind.
