Nanny Share
A nanny share allows two families to share the cost of an experienced nanny, who will provide care to the children of both families simultaneously. Depending on your preferences, care can take place exclusively in one family's home, or it may alternate. This can be a great way for children to experience routine socialization with other children. *Note: We do not match the families, the two families must already be established prior to the application process.

Newborn Care Specialist
A NCS is highly trained in infant care who is there to help parents during the rewarding, yet challenging early weeks and months of a newborn's life. Parents are able to get much-needed rest knowing that their baby is in expert, capable hands. Depending on your unique needs, a NCS can provide any or all of the following services during the day, overnight, or 24/7, and care usually lasts for anywhere between a few weeks to 3-6 months:
- Advise on all aspects of newborn care, such as safe sleep practices
- Inform parents on what milestones to expect and when
- Help establish a sleep routine
- Bring attention to medical concerns
- Prepare formula or breastmilk or bring baby to mom for feeding
- Wash and sterilize bottles and breast pumps
- Do the baby's laundry
Compensation: $35-55/hour depending on your location, budget, and NCS qualifications.
Temporary/Travel Care
Whether you need a summer nanny, someone to come on vacation with you, or a backup nanny while your regular nanny is unavailable, travel/temporary nannies provide the same high-quality care for a fixed amount of time. Specific rates will depend on a variety of factors (duration, location, whether travel is required, etc.), but in general, you can expect to pay the agency a one-time fee that equals 20% of the caregiver's gross salary.
